Type O (TIS 166-2549) has been the official Thai standard since 2006. It resembles a Schuko plug with an extra round earth pin. In practice many Thai sockets are combined 'universal' outlets that accept type A, B and C plugs as well, though older buildings may have only two-pin sockets without earth. The sockets accept Europlugs.
What it looks like
Two round pins 4.8 mm thick, 19 mm apart, with a round earth pin centred below them.
The drawings are schematic – they show the pin layout, not the exact dimensions of the standard.
